I have been training with Shikha for the past 6 months and it has been a great experience training under her. While working with her it felt like she is more than just a trainer, she coaches you and makes you understand that fitness is not a short term goal but a lifestyle and that small consistent changes in lifestyle makes a big difference in the long run. As per my goal she tailored the training and diet plans and always motivated and guided me. My goal was never to lose weight or inches but to tone myself and get fitter and after 6 months, I definitely feel stronger and fitter than before, thanks Shikha for all your guidance and support throughout.
I’m so grateful to Coach Shikha for guiding me through this amazing 3-month journey. In this short span, I’ve lost several inches and noticed a big transformation in my body and lifestyle. When I first started with my fitness journey, my main goal was weight loss, but Shikha helped me realize that addressing my daily lifestyle habits was even more important before beginning that journey. With Shikha’s guidance, I have been able to improve my eating habits, stay consistent with water intake, and work on the health issues I was facing. It’s been a few weeks I started training under coach Shikha’s guidance and she has been a wonderful support throughout. She is very approachable for all the queries I have and has a solution which fits as per my requirements and challenges. Thanks to her customised diet plans and workout plans I have been able to be consistent and see progress. Looking forward to achieve goals together 💪🏼
