shikha is a very helpful and friendly coach I have ever met. Within 3 months I lost almost 7kgs even with my ankle injury. She gave me a balanced and sustainable diet along with a customised sitting workout which not only help me achieve my fitness goals but also helped me sustain my energy level. Its been 6 months journey with you shikha..though slow it's wonderful.. shikha understands our lifestyle and plans diet and workouts accordingly,.available every time, understanding and polite. Works with short goals and also makes us to understand how to adapt individually to our lifestyle rather than rushing you for the targets that helps in long run to sustain our progress.. started the journey with a stress fracture,loved the way you handled it..yes it's slow but it moved... reached my target weight πŸ˜„πŸ’ͺ Thank you for all the guidance and support dear😍 Thank you FITTR..

My journey of weight loss under wonderful mentor shikha had been great.she has been always motivating and guided me very well throughout my fitness journey,and was very polite and patient enough.thanks a lot dear for helping me in losing weight and making me more fit than earlier.

I enrolled under Shikha Kotiyal four months back to pursue my dreams around fitness. Shikha is the one who not only helped me in achieving my fitness goal but made my fitness journey sustainable! She helped me in preparing for my TC without making me starved. She is very polite, professional and friendly. Also, she is approachable and is extremely knowledgeable about fitness nuances. She helped me in getting fittr each day and taught me many nitty-gritties around fitness. She listened to me patiently about my concerns, needs and priorities and make/edit diet & workout plans accordingly. She pushed me for my fitness goal but being very gentle all the time.
