This is the second time i have enrolled with shabnam for my fitness journey. Shabnam is focused on helping me achieve my goals. My fitness has increased noticeably and I have seen improvements in my ability to complete my steps, core exercises, lift progressively heavier weights and generally push my self harder throughout each week. She always ensures my technique is correct to avoid any injuries. Being a working woman and mum of two kids,some days feels really low but Shabnam know very very well how to motivate me. I highly recommend Shabnam as your personal trainer to start your fitness journey and health life. 😊
Shabnam has been a true mentor. she keeps me motivated and helps answer all my queries. at times when I wanted to give up, she patiently listened to me and inspired me to push ahead.

It has been little more than 2 months now I have been working with Shabnam in my Fittr journey. Shabnam is very detail oriented and has good understanding of nutrition and workout and how it works together. She also shares some great tips around how to deal with anxiety, how to get good sleep which really worked for me. She is flexible in terms of diet and help suggesting how to deal with parties, fasting, special event days without impacting diet part must. I already see great result working with her.It’s great so far with Shabnam and I wish to continue to excel in my transformation journey with her.
