Two months ago I got to know Sanjay. He is the  perfect coach for me. He is professional yet kind, patient, flexible with time and understanding. Explains each and every exercise and its importance. My 2 year daughter loves attending his sessions along with me.  His encouragement has given me the confidence that I continue this program. In a short time I am pleased with my progress and feel assured that with his continued training and encouragement I would continue getting good results and attain my goal."

Unfortunately not good experience as training always started joining session late and end early due to personal priorities or some other class. He almost every day ask to do stretches at your own as not having time to complete training

Sanjay is very good at bodyweight exercises and he focuses on overall fitness. I also learned some combined yoga asanas as part of the fitness journey.

Sanjay has the most patience, we workout first in the morning , thanks to Sanjay for his smiling face and pushing me gently and adding a lot of variety in to the workouts. Will be renewing my plan for the next few months . I see that most of his clients are on auto renew and a new slot with him is difficult which explains why you wouldnt want to lose his time :) Thank you coach .!!
