It was an amazing experience to be coached by Sandhya. She is a patient, understanding and very dedicated coach who is genuinely interested to make sure we are motivated and tried to understand the health and fitness stamina - an excellent balance of push and pull - she knows when to push the coachee and when to give them a break. Indeed a genuine and caring coach who can related to women especially those that are in their menopause and peri-menopause stage. I joined her to bring consistency in my workouts and I will definitely, remember to work out regularly even if I cannot be in the plan for personal reasons. I will continue to follow her and join back once I can! :) Highly recommended.
I had an amazing experience training with Sandhya! Her strength training sessions were thoughtfully designed, combining effective strength-building exercises with elements of Pilates that helped improve my flexibility, posture, and core strength.
