Rohan has been coaching me for 2 months now. He has been great at motivating. He gives very clear instructions and has helped me polish basic forms. He always pushes you to do the best you can but only enough that you don't hate exercising. Rohan is very punctual and easy to work with. During my training, my mobility has improved and I have lost a few inches. Rohan motivates by acknowledging your progress which is important. I highly recommend to include Rohan in your fitness journey.

Rohan has been coaching me for over a year. in that time my fitness, stamina and strength has improved tremendously. Rohan motivates me to continue working out. He is easy to get along with. when I have schedule changes he is very accommodating. when I have got injured from other sports he has come up with alternative exercises so I can continue to workout and not backslide on my fitness.

Rohan has been a massive support in my fitness journey. I've been training with him for a little over a month now and he has been superb. He's helped me be in the right space mentally and that is what i think a trainer should do. He's been extremely supportive and understanding, has been on time, been a great mentor and slowly but steadily helping me overcome my urge to binge eat and being lazy. I've lost quite a few inches and around 3 kilos of weight in a month but he has taught me to look beyond the scale. I'm no longer bothered by the number on the scale but look forward to building strength and living a healthy lifestyle. He is very knowledgeable when it comes to postures and exercises and pushes you just the right amount so as to not make you hate working out instead he makes you look forward to it. I have enrolled for 3 months and will definitely be extending my enrolment with him for another 6 months. This guy has been a god sent for me and i recommend him to anyone beginning their journey. You will never be the same person again!
