where do I start Rishi is an amazing amazing coach.... really helps me focus and understands my life. With Rishi being based in the UK as well it helps because he knows what foods are available here and understands their macros. I can't wait to get started again for my next round and see what success we can bring together
Rishi is a great coach and mentor. He is friendly calm yet firm to push you to achieve great results. Both me and my husband have had a lifestyle change past 3 months now since we singed up with Rishi, from hitting the gym 5 days a week to taking minimum of 10k steps a day, staying active, having good amount of proteins in every meal, increase water intake, making healthier eating choices etc. Rishi setup weekly calls with us and watched our progress and altered the next week diet /workout plan accordingly. His diet plans were doable or were the same ones that we ate before but only difference was it was more quantified and with healthier choices of ingredients which made it sustainable. Thanks to Rishi for coaching us these 3 months.
