Rishi Sir has been an amazing Coach always balancing nutrition, training and rest As a vegetarian I thought I have to include tofu but he was able to provide meal plan without tofu He is very patient and explains everything in detail which I greatly appreciated He corrected my form for exercise and helped me understand the importance of strength training I highly recommend him for people who are looking for a balanced nutrition and training program for Life! Thank you Coach Rishi Sir!

Rishi made me think of nutrition from a very unique angle, helped me take food conscious decisions overtime and explained in detail my body specific needs of protein. He diligently followed up with me to keep track of my ongoing journey and explained patiently all that would make a positive difference for me. Overall he is just not a good coach, but has very friendly attitude and lead by example. He keeps pushing for healthy lifestyle through means which suits us and make it easy. Atlast, am little better knowledgeable with him and will keep learning i believe. Big thanks Rishi! I definitely recommend him for fitness journeys people want to take, but remember its our will which drives atlast.

Rishi sir is a good coach. He listens very patiently and provides sustainable suggestions and diet plans. He always thrives to go with simplest and yet most effective ways of maintaining your diet and measuring your progress.
