Rishi made me think of nutrition from a very unique angle, helped me take food conscious decisions overtime and explained in detail my body specific needs of protein. He diligently followed up with me to keep track of my ongoing journey and explained patiently all that would make a positive difference for me. Overall he is just not a good coach, but has very friendly attitude and lead by example. He keeps pushing for healthy lifestyle through means which suits us and make it easy. Atlast, am little better knowledgeable with him and will keep learning i believe. Big thanks Rishi! I definitely recommend him for fitness journeys people want to take, but remember its our will which drives atlast.
