Training with Renuka has been a really good experience. She is supportive, understanding, and always motivates you to do better. Her guidance helped improve workout discipline, eating habits, and overall fitness without any strict starvation diets. With her support, I have seen noticeable weight loss, increased strength, better confidence, and an overall healthier lifestyle. She is approachable, patient with doubts, and always motivates you to stay consistent. What makes Renuka special is that she focuses not just on fitness, but on creating sustainable habits that make you feel stronger, fitter and better every day.
I trained under Renuka for almost a year and my weight has moved down from 86kg to 70kg presently. 16kgs lost. Out of which 13kg till i was with her and another 3kg post that. She’s a big motivator and an inspiration. I still see her stories of working out in gym and get inspired. She’s always there to listen and if you are frustrated at any point with stagnant weight she guides you in a much better way and brings up your positivity. I trusted her and she showed me the exact path and now even post leaving the training , I am able to adhere to what she has taught me and do my lessons seriously. A mentor will guide you with the life lessons not just temporary things. This is what Renuka did. I am grateful i had her as my coach. Thank you for always being so cheerful and wonderful Renuka!
Renuka is a very friendly and approachable coach. She worked with me for 6 months and helped me with my health related goals. She is very flexible and does not prescribe to one size fits all philosophy. She really personalized the diet and workout plan according to my needs
