Rashi was the missing piece of puzzle for me. Having a 9-5 corporate onsite job, it was simply not being possible for me to go to gym after coming back home. I was surprised to see how Rashi customized the whole training sessions into a way that I can do everything within my home. She is extremely friendly, and takes my daily energy level into account when tailoring my programs. I have already become stronger. Waiting for my sessions with her in the evening is the highlight of my day always. I can’t recommend her enough. She is so down to earth and a happy face to chat to at the end of the day.
Started working with Rashi early this year. The journey has been phenomenal. At the start, Rashi made sure I get the fundamentals right, and constantly monitored my form. After the workout picked pace, she created challenging but attainable goals and helped me push my boundaries. What I am particularly thankful for is how accommodating she has been. I had multiple health issues this year that led to breaks and resets, but she encouraged me and gave me the support to get back again. She’s always cheerful and makes sure we have carry good energy into and out of the workout. Thanks Rashi!
Rashi is really great! She motivates and pushes you in a way that keeps you going without fail.She is highly dedicated to the work that she does and always on time. She understands my body and trains me focussing on what I need from the training. I am really happy and would suggest Rashi for anyone who wants to have a fitness coach looking out for your health and wellbeing.
I have been training with Rashi for about 3 months now and I couldn’t be more satisfied with the experience. Rashi is incredibly patient and punctual, always showing up on time and ready to help. One of the things I appreciate most about her is that she never made me feel bad about my fitness level; instead, she always encouraged and motivated me. What sets Rashi apart is her hands-on approach. She exercises together with me rather than just giving instructions, which makes the workouts much more engaging and effective. Even during my break, she has been proactive in sharing exercises I can do on my own and still follows up to ensure I’m staying on track. Beyond fitness, Rashi is a true life guru. Her guidance and support extend beyond physical training, and she has been a source of inspiration and positivity in my life. I highly recommend Rashi to anyone looking for a dedicated and supportive trainer. Can’t wait to restart my journey with her.
