Just completed my first month with Pushpit and I am loving it. After my initial experience I am sure I will continue for next 6 months as Pushpit is really thorough with his workout plans, explains every exercise in detail, takes the time to explain the muscles that need to be stressed in each pull and push exercise.
One of the best help I get from a 1:1 with Pushpit is the attention and correction of my form for each and every rep. I have been exercising for a long time now, but having a partner like Pushpit really helps to push the body to the next level past the plateau
