I joined under coach Prithvi Raj for 3 months to get into to a healthier and good lifestyle . My coach played a very crucial role in my transformation journey. His personalized guidance helped a lot in shaping up myself. My meal was so satisfying, i used to eat everything ( Rice, idly , dosa ,biryani, any flavoured rices, pasta ). He made the diet in a healthier way with fully satisfying meal. Though we name it diet, it was never meant so. I enjoyed the food. He helped in learning how to portion and enjoy yummy food over not compromising our taste. I strongly recommend my coach to everyone who want to get transformed to healthier lifestyle. Also I could see drastic change in inches and weight. Apart from this he is super dedicated and discliplined and encourages his clients in same way. He connects with his clients regularly to track their progress and make the corrections. Through this journey I have not only lost my weight, but lost some extent of my laziness , got self confidence . This journey helped my personal journey a lot. Very Big Thank you to my coach Prithvi for constant support and consistent guidance.
Prithvi‘s guidance was incredibly helpful for my first time in this platform. He really showed a good path for how nutrition and exercise should be consistent towards my fitness journey.
