I am very thankful to Pratima maam. Im glad to have enrolled with her. Pratima maam is very supportive and understanding. With my irratic work schedule, long commute hours was not able follow the routine strictly. But she has been very encouraging and patient throughout the journey. As a coach, she is very punctual with weekly check-ins, encouraging through daily messages. The weekly diet plan given by Pratima maam is very thoughtful, keeping in mind food allergies and choices. She is very lively and a warm person. Extremely grateful for support and guidance throughout my journey. I look forward to staying in connect with Pratima maam. Thank you so much maam. Thanks to you Pratima for bringing me back on track after 2 years of my on and off workout routine . I am more consistent now and lost some weight as well. You have been patient and on time every week for our weekly calls. And taught me some recipes as well. You are such an inspiration for those that think 60 is a big number to focus on muscle building and strengthening. I have some more ways to go. Will be in touch . Thanks again 💐💕

I had a good experience with coach Pratima Trivedi . She was always encouraging and led by self example - a big inspiration to see her doing all the workouts. Her guidance for knee and leg strengthening was v useful and helped me get over my knee OA pain.Her innovation for proteins for vegetarians was effective by devising and suggesting ways of incorporating protein into our plates… thanks Pratima - you have made a positive impact in my fitness journey.
