It’s has been great working with Coach Prassanna .she designs workouts depending on the individual needs , she is very friendly ,supportive, extremely positive and respectful during the sessions, she gives a lot of encouragement and motivates me . she helped me to push myself and do my best . Thank you for the wonderful training sessions , I highly recommend her .
I’ve been training with Prasanna for a little more than a month and I can definitely say that she knows what she does. She carefully assessed and considered my pre existing conditions and has made the workouts doable and more enjoyable. I always felt motivated after I finished my workout and was looking forward for my next session. She is very knowledgeable and corrects my forms in a jiff. I can see my muscles changing definition bit by bit just in a month and still growing more strength. Will definitely recommend her to anyone as her knowledge spans out for various body types and conditions.
