Was going through the pictures on my phone and saw my recent pic of my trip felt such a great change in me . I Lost 4 kgs in 3 months and quite a few inches .Despite attending all the social gatherings and my outstation trips . I tried so many dietician earlier but my weight got stuck after losing 2 kgs . Super grateful for my coach, Nitika's guidance and direction since last 3 months . She is always available for answering my queries, very prompt to inculcate my feedback, and holds me accountable when I veer off course. Gentle but firm - just the kind of coach i needed. While the physical transformation that has occurred is obviously great, being on the fitness journey has been more rewarding for my mental health. She had inculcated walking habits and healthy eating in me .I have mindful eating habits and now i approach fitness as an ongoing lifelong journey instead of some destination . A huge thanks to Nitika waiting for some more transformation in 2025 .

Losing weight has always been my biggest struggle that too with a diet. Being a fitness enthusiast I used to believe that doing regular workout is enough to get that liberty to have those extra calories from my fav food. But eventually I learnt that it was never enough. Eating less had always made me annoyed and frustrated. Among all these emotions and confusion I got to know about Fittr through my Instagram scroll and it was my (the best) impulsive act of downloading the app and choosing Nitika as my diet coach. She totally changed my perspective about diet. It was never having to eat less but always to eat RIGHT! I learnt how to measure food based on its calories. She taught me how I can adjust even my choice of food in the given calorie budget with some modification. And the best experience was to feel full everyday and yet to see scale going down!! I feel lighter, more energetic and happier each day!! She has pampered my physical as well as mental health with utmost care and knowledge! I am very grateful to you Coach for your constant guidance and unweavering support all through out my weight loss journey. Still a long way to go and I am very much excited for it.

As a doctor with a hectic schedule and someone navigating the challenges of the perimenopausal stage, I’ve had an absolutely incredible experience with Fittr and my coach, Nitika. Despite the unique hurdles I face, I achieved significant weight loss and a noticeable drop in overall fat percentage during my 12-week plan. Over the last five years, I’ve tried countless diets and worked with various nutritionists, but those plans were always unsustainable. They delivered short-term results, but the weight would inevitably bounce back.
