I have been training with Nisha from last 6 months now and she is an exceptional coach who I would recommend wholeheartedly!! She is very experienced and yet very humble. Despite of she trains me during UK evening hours she is always flexible to accommodate client’s schedule and urgencies. Always carry a smile despite of she herself might be going through not so good days and she puts clients interest first and ensures to brings the right energy to the sessions to make best out of the session ..blessed to find you here on Fittr Nisha and we have made solid progress in last 6 months and lot more to achieve over next 6 months! Nisha is an amazing coach! One of the most patient and supportive coaches I’ve worked with. She is so flexible with my sessions and my need to reschedule in the last minute, that I’ve been able to work around it with my busy work and kid schedules. I have been working out with Nisha for the past 3 months, and it has been a great experience. She uses a wide range of exercises that keep workouts fun and non monotonous. She created a custom program for me according to my liking and abilities. Throughout the process, I have asked her many questions regarding diets, fitness, etc, to which she always provides thoughtful answers.
We couldn’t stick to a schedule as she was late every day. Sometimes even 30-40 mins late. I had to change my coach and finally realised that I was just doing a fraction of what a personal trainer can help me do. It was an unprofessional experience which is unfortunate as she seemed like a very nice trainer, with great communication skills and understanding. I wish we could maintain the schedules we planned for.
