I started working with Nikita a couple of weeks ago and have had a really positive experience. When I started my confidence was quite low as I hadn’t been exercising much in the previous 2 years due to some health issues. Nikita put me at ease immediately and she gets the balance right between building your confidence and pushing for results. Within a few weeks I was feeling the difference in my mindset and my body! Also, she has sound knowledge of her subject! Would highly recommend!

Nikita is extremely punctual and I love our sessions – she plans our weekly schedules quite effectively and challenges me to grow and become stronger through each one of them! She tailored the exercises to my health and strength and customized our workout plan based on what works best for me and I really appreciate her attention to detail.. highly recommend!!

I’ve been training with Nikita for strength and conditioning over video calls for about three months now, and the experience has been amazing. She provides personalized workouts that fit my schedule and fitness level, making each session challenging yet achievable. I can definitely see a change in my energy levels and feel more motivated. Nikita always helps me understand the correct posture for each exercise by demonstrating it first, and her calm presence makes the whole session very positive. I highly recommend Nikita for anyone looking to achieve their fitness goals.

I have been working out with Nikita for almost a month now and here is my feedback- 1. She is on time during the session it’s never been she is late by even 5 mins. 2. She very well understands your strength and accordingly plan your workout to focus the target areas. 3. She make sure that my postures are correct while doing the exercises. 4. She even note when to increase the weights so that the progress doesn’t get stagnant. 5. She very well remembers what equipments you have for home workout. It’s not like we have to remind her every-time. She plan the exercises accordingly. 6. The best thing about her is that she doesn’t waste time by gossiping around and is extremely polite enough to address all your query. 7. She herself does the exercise first and show how to do it and not just sitting and guiding. 8. She makes me do the warm up and cool down stretches herself and not like that do it yourself. 9. She is fully involved in the session. 10. Any day if you feel low on energy, she will make you workout as per that. 11. Whatever sessions are missed from her end due to ill health. She covered them herself within 2-3 days and not like I am chasing her for the same. Till now it’s been a great experience with Nikita. I am looking forward for great results with my collaboration with her
