Nidhi is exceptional, with a great balance of understanding when to ask you to push and when to pause and rest and recover. I absolutely loved working with Nidhi. She was the first trainer in the couple I worked with , who showed true concern about basic fulfillment of sleep and R&R instead of just pushing for results. She is not only knowledgeable about nutrition , exercises and different physiological changes in a woman’s body depending on the phase she is in but also empathetic about how life and environment can influence the outcomes inspite of diet and exercise being on point. I would totally work with Nidhi Again !
I really want to thank Nidhi for her guidance, positivity and clear explanations. She made fitness feel so easy. I genuinely appreciate the effort and positivity she brought into my life. I have learnt a lot about what my body needs and how to take better care of myself because of her. I am grateful for the mindset shift she made in my life.

I want to thank Nidhi for efforts she put in to be a better and healthier version of me. She had explained how body functions and the ways to be fit. I have a sweet tooth and in the beginning it was very hard for me to avoid sweets. But now I can say NO and even if I eat some I know how to balance rest of my diet.
