I'm pleased to share that It was a great experience being mentored by Mr Navdeep Chawla. Being a surgeon, I was really skeptical initially about being coached by a fitness trainer mainly because of all the misinformation that I saw rampant on social media. But sometimes we need an expert to give us an outside view of what exactly is going wrong with our health, because we are busy juggling too many balls at the same time, so we tend to lose focus of our own lifestyle. Over past 10 months I learnt the importance of accountability and consistency. I knew about counting calories and walking thousands of steps, but never took it seriously. As soon I started Navdeeps advice on started seeing results. I lost 7 kgs and my endurance has improved drastically. I also found a knowledgeable friend with whom I can discuss in dept various concepts of nutrition and exercise science. I thank Navdeep and the entire fittr team for their guidance and dedication and wish them all the best for the future.
I have had a wonderful experience with coach Navdeep for last almost 6 months now. He started off by fully understanding what I was looking for from my program and addressed it very well. My main goal was to manage my high blood sugar levels immediately and he helped me do that. Over past 4-5 months i have seen remarkable improvement in my levels which have reduced from 140+ to <120 now (morning fasting levels). He also helped me understanding science behind it and enabled me to manage it through healthy habits like smaller portions, small walks post meals, which are very sustainable. Coach Navdeep is very effective at communication. He listens well and invests time in explaining concept behind any change he is suggesting be it in diet, exercise or sleep. His experience shows in how he is able to identify causes behind any issues I was facing. Example, recently i was facing bloating, indigestion and reflex issues for a week. He was quick to ascertain that this might be happening from sleep disturbances, eating onions in salad. He suggested me to add beetroot and carrots in my salad replacing onions and fix my sleep schedule and it worked wonderfully well in addressing my indigestion issues. In terms of overall weight loss, while in my case it has not been drastic (about 4-5 kgs over last 6 months), I have lost many more inches and I have lot more energy. So, i feel much better in my day to day life. I plan to continue my journey with coach Navdeep and achieve more remarkable milestones ahead.
I joined Fritter with navdeep as my coach because even before starting Navdeep asked me to send a few pictures of myself and asked me pointed questions around what my routine was and what I was trying to get out of joining fitter. Even with the time difference of almost 12 hours Navdeep is alaways available to chat and responds promptly to queries around exercises or any other doubts that I may have with nutrition and diet. Not only does Navdeep have great communication skills, he is extremely knowledgeable in all things Fitness. he frequently brings up VO2 max and how it impacts your health and how to improve your VO2 Max. he is also knowledgeable about resting heart rate and heart rate variability and how it impacts your workout routine. Navdeep has been accommodating of my unique requests about working out at home or having flexible schedules with days saved for my other activities. overall progress for my program has been amazing and I feel extremely confident in myself given the transformation I have gone through. I am fortunate to have found Navdeep as my coach and hope to continue the amazing progress I have made through his coaching and help!
I joined Fittr about 6 months ago under the support and guidance from Navdeep. He has in depth knowledge on fitness and nutrition. He was able to modify the workout and diet plans based on my requirements like using my own home gym and some food allergies. He was also able to cater to my Timezone and flexible with the appointments as sometimes I was not able to join the call on our scheduled days. Even though during the past 6 months I haven’t been consistent with my plans but still I could see a remarkable difference in my physique and fitness. I plan to continue on this health journey with Fittr and do better in the next phase.
