Thank you Medha for supporting us throughout the course. It is just the start of our fitness journey and my wife and I will be joining back soon for more hustle and transformation. I had taken nutrition plan from Medha and she helped me loose 9kgs with in a span of 3 months, she gives a diet plan which is very easy to follow and is very sustainable and which can be followed lifetimes, a big thankyou to her and looking forward to have her again in future.
I and my husband had enrolled in a couple transformation plan under the guidance of Medha. We had a really amazing experience with her. She has always educated us on what is the right way of doing things to lead a healthy lifestyle. She has been very patient specially with me as I had a toe fracture and when I resumed with my workouts she customised my workouts in such a way that it would not put pressure on the toe. I even told her that I don’t like eating non-veg everyday so she would give us 2 separate meal plans veg and non-veg so that we could choose between the two. She has always motivated me to not give up even when I was a little upset that I am unable to put in 100% effort after the fracture and hence my progress had become slow. There is a long way to go and we will soon be enrolling back under her. Thank you for your guidance, Medha.
I am truly grateful for the guidance and support I received from my coach during my recovery from H. pylori infection. At a time when my stomach was highly sensitive to most foods, she was extremely careful in planning the right diet for me, making sure I could eat comfortably while still getting proper nourishment.
