12 week transformation journey with coach medha singh Medha Singh is an excellent coach who listens to your fitness goals with great patience and understanding. When I discussed my issue of diastasis recti, she provided me with simple yet effective rehabilitation exercises. Initially, they seemed easy, but over the past three months, I realized that while rehab exercises may appear simple, they are actually quite challenging and require consistency and focus. One of my key concerns was my calorie intake. I didn’t want to follow a restrictive 1200–1400 calorie plan, as I already have a lean frame and didn’t want to look even thinner. Medha understood this and customized a diet plan with 1800–2000 calories, which aligned perfectly with my goals. Our weekly check-in calls have been incredibly helpful. She patiently clears all my doubts, motivates me, and guides me step-by-step through the process. I’m still on my journey, working on strengthening my core and improving my diastasis recti, but I already feel stronger and more aware of my body — all thanks to her supportive and mindful coaching.

I'm forever grateful toTrainer Medha Rashmi Singh for her guidance and support through my fitness journey. getting back to my pre-pregnancy weight was the biggest struggle. I not only got back to my pre-pregnancy weight but also gained a lot of strength. Infact, I feel stronger than ever before. Her flexibility in being available whenever I need her has been very helpful since I have quite busy work schedule. She is just a text away for my doubts and is very good in correcting the forms of the exercises. She is not a trainer who just says " push your limits .. push your limits .. " and make you do heavy weights which can cause injuries... She is brilliant in explaining the forms of the exercises and helps identify the right weights to gain maximum strength. She imparted knowledge about the diet and how change in lifestyle can bring a lot of difference. Indeed, it made a hell lot of difference for me. I feel much more energized, strong, active and much more confident. Being a software Engineer with a sedentary lifestyle, she helped me incorporate active lifestyle. She gave me ideas on how I can complete my daily steps and helped me manage my gym timings. I'm a person who always thought weight and fat loss comes through high intensity exercises and never saw any results inspite of running 45 mins a day. Fittr and Medha changed how I saw fitness for good. I'm very grateful to her for shaping me and for having given me fitness knowledge which I can carry thought life.
