Manvi has been a great great coach in my fitness journey. Firstly the comfort she gives you when you first talk to her just gives you that confidence. secondly, she relentlessly asks for updates and makes us accountable. I consistent lost fat each week under her guidance. best part is I am not scared of diets or exercise and infact love my routine. Manvi, you are an inspiration and above all a great human being

I thought that I had an active lifestyle and good eating habits because I mostly danced everyday and ate mostly home made food prepared in less oil. Yet I was unable to reduce weight. I reached out to Manvi and joined this fitness plan. She helped me understand the importance of regular workout and having a balanced diet according to my weight. There were days when I couldn't do my steps or work out and Manvi was always there to push me do it with one thing at a time. Manvi has been a great support system since the very day I enrolled. She keeps everything so smooth to understand from the get go and has really positive attitude towards life and fitness. She is very attentive and ensures the plans are according to your needs! Do not wait to enroll with Manvi. Just do it. I have always had an active lifestyle since childhood, struggled in my teens a bit due to unhealthy lifestyle choices and sleep pattern disruptions due to work. Everything led up to an overall below average health lifestyle eventually. Wanted to take reign in my hands before it was late. Was seeking an ORGANISED health plan for my body and mind and got EXACTLY that, even more from Manvi. Three things that I learned from Manvi which I will never forget for life : - Patience and persistence are the key factors in fitness, it needs to be developed gradually along with your body goals. - Fall in love with eating balanced foods. At home or outside. - No matter how bad the setback is, you should always strive to get better. I got back my health, nutrition and workouts on course with help and guidance of Manvi!
