Manju is really patient with her mentees, always talks about sustainable solutions for diet and workout. I haven't been very regular with my schedule but still she is very patient . she is very knowledgeable about various aspects of food and nutrition.
A few months ago I was perplexed as to how to begin. No zeal , no enthusiasm but once I talked to Manju and saw her transformation pics , I knew I could do it too. She has been very patient , flexible and approachable. I know it’s just start for me and there is a long way to go but with her motivation I’m sure steadily I would reach my goal. Thanks Manju for trusting me and constantly motivating me.
