I have been training with Manan for just over 6 months now and I have to say he’s an incredible coach, teaches you so many things about fitness/food and the right choices to make. I’m the type of person who becomes demotivated so quickly but he’s always here to pick me up and push me to do my best. His communication has been amazing, he’s always ready to answer msgs when I’m in doubt about what to cook or how to do my workout. He’s amazing!! Couldn’t recommend more. He’s been very good at catering for me as I suffer from PCOS and he’s understood my body and fitness very well.
I have been training under Manan Dua for some time now, and my experience has been great. He is a very knowledgeable coach who understands both diet and workout plans very well. His guidance has helped me improve my fitness and overall health. One of the best things about Manan is that he is very supportive and flexible. He understands my schedule and helps me adjust my workouts accordingly. He is always available to answer my questions and provide guidance whenever needed. Whenever I face any challenges in my fitness journey, he always comes up with a solution. Whether it's about diet, exercise, or motivation, he finds a way to help me stay on track. Sometimes, there is a delay in response from him, but it is not a big issue as he eventually gets back with the right advice. Overall, my experience with him has been very positive. Without a doubt, I would love to train under him again in the future. I highly recommend Mr. Manan Dua to anyone looking for a knowledgeable and supportive personal trainer.
I have been working with Manan since July as part of a couple transformation and it has been a great journey. Right from the initial call we could tell that Manan has great attention to detail, listens very well and has vast knowledge, both on nutrition as well as work out. Whenever he suggests or instructs something , he explains the underlying science on great detail so that we understand the benefits. We both are in different stages on our fitness journey and have different goals. Manan customised the plans accordingly. But there was still enough overlap to help with meal prep or do similar excercises at gym together. Manan has been very patient and spent a lot of time to explain things. Especially in the beginning when meal prep was quite overwhelming with macros and portion sizes. He also was very supportive in suggesting options for eating out which is part of our lifestyle. He also has been very understanding of our circumstances and worked with it. As digital nomads we are changing our location every few months, so cuisine, access to gym etc is changing, along with temptations of trying different foods. There also were various health challenges along the way, like viral infections. Manan supports through these as well with great nutritional advice. He is a coach who supports a healthy life all round. "Listen to your body" is one of his key mantras and he makes sure that the body gets enough rest to recover as well. He is also open to feedback, which is a great skill to have, and if we communicated that something didn't work for us openly, he adopted it. For reasons stated above (nomading/health set backs) and time constraints, I could not commit to a transformation challenge yet but I am very happy with the steady progress. It has been a great journey and many things that were challenging at the beginning are easy now thanks to Manan's guidance. I can highly recommend him as a coach.
I have been working with Manan for 5 months now as part of a couple transformation and it is high time I give my feedback for an amazing journey I witnessed over this time. I looked back at my goals discussed at the start of my journey and can very happily say that I met a lot of them already which made me feel accomplished. Weight loss was not high on my goals, but flexibility is and as I attend Kalaripayattu now in Kerala, I can say Manan has been very helpful in guiding me through nutrition, increasing protein, reducing inflammation in the process and made my body lighter and stronger to go through the intensive training now. My body certainly behaves differently than to last year and I owe it to Manan. I have auto immune conditions and have limitations which were noted well and thanks to his nutritional expertise I understood more about how the body reacts to food. I had a sweet tooth and it was my only vice, I resisted hard challenging him, but he was patient, made small allowances and slowly got me off that craving. What I liked is that I can chat and express myself like a friend. I can tell if I crave something and he is at hand to encourage and advise on good choices I can make. All these changes helped calm my IBS so I can eat better now. Did I mention that he is very attentive in listening to our concerns, monitors our moods n fluctuations etc and helps with it too? Just like a friend. We are nomads so our life changes a lot every second month due to travels, new country, cuisines, gym etc. We could not have a consistent exercise pattern so Manan adapted to it almost every week. From body weight to resistance band/dumbbells or gym equipment, truly flexible as a coach as we threw curveballs at him. And if we didn't see something work for us, we communicated openly and he took it very well and adapted it. That's how the mentorship grew and I look forward to more of it over the coming months as I grow lighter and stronger. A big 10/10 from me 💪🏼
