Madhuri is very professional and dedicated to the sessions. Always punctual at session timings. She is very knowledgeable in yoga and Pilates, body postures and muscle groups. She keenly watches how we do the exercises as a trainer and corrects postures. Her daily excercises routines are never repeated, they are interesting and each day is a surprise workout with all kinds of props that could be grabbed from home, like a pillow or stick or chair or even just body weight exercises. The exercises are advanced and you need to be prepared for a hard drill for 45 mins. In an entire week’s sessions, she would cover all muscle groups and body parts. She is flexible and understands my needs to accommodate change in exercises accordingly for the day. Things I noticed after 2 months are that feel more flexible, energized and active after her sessions. Period cycles have no abdominal pain anymore, so it’s helping internally also.
Madhuri is a very dedicated coach who has stayed committed to my wellness and everyday progress. I was always very skeptical of being able to stay committed to exercising , but Madhuri has made it possible with her enthusiasm and knowledge. She brings so much variation into her classes that no two days are the same. She understood my limits and strengths and customised the routine accordingly, without making it too easy or too hard. She has indepth knowledge of yoga asanas, pranayam and pilates which she incorporates in her daily classes. I will highly recommend Madhuri to anyone who really wants to work on their health and fitness goals. I feel lucky that God has sent her in my life as my coach.
