Hi, I'm Madhuri, A Yoga instructor, preconception , prenatal and postnatal yoga expert, Yoga therapist,  Pilates trainer(Mat and Reformer), Meditation expert,  Face yoga, gravity yoga Practitioner and deep health coach. I've trained more  than 88 happy and healthy People.

I started with theraputical yoga  Classes - Yoga for obesity ,PCOD, PCOS,Back pain,Neck pain endrometriosis,thyroid, migraine, diabetes, hypertension, respiratory problems, cervical spondylitis, lumbar spondylitis,oestroarthritis , digestive disorders, insomnia, stress anxiety etc. 

I've given rehab classes for people who have acute backpain, knee pains, joint  pains etc. I work as a personal trainer in Power house gym, Hyderabad almost for 5 years. I worked  freelance for last 2 years so it's almost total 7 years experience I have in this fitness industry,
currently I train kids  to achieve their fitness goals :)

presently I am training  a girl (Bhavya Reddy) who is Classical dancer, model, upcoming Miss India contestent. She currently takes posture correction and core strengthening classes.

I've also trained  Hyderabad marathon runner sudha taadikonda (Athelete)  for fitness and rehab classes.
