I’ve been training with Kritarth for about a year and have made huge progress. He helped me build a strong foundation in strength training, focused on proper form, and kept me consistent. He’s very knowledgeable and always explains what we’re doing and why. Highly recommend if you want to get stronger and stay on track.

I’ve been training with Kritarth for some time now, and I can confidently say it’s been a transformative experience. Despite my medical conditions, including breathing difficulties and limited knee mobility, my trainer has shown exceptional care and expertise in designing workout plans tailored to my needs. Even simple exercises can leave me breathless, sometimes requiring oxygen, but he’s always attentive, ensuring every movement is safe and manageable while still challenging me to progress. What stands out most is his ability to push and encourage me daily, striking the perfect balance between motivation and patience. He’s helped me target every muscle group effectively, adapting exercises to accommodate my limitations while maximizing results. Kritarth is a very invested trainer. I had a couple of trainers earlier, but never one who I felt was so invested in me reaching my goal. He is very regular, has a great balance between pushing you hard and keeping you safe. I really appreciate his regularity, diligence and at times flexibility with my schedule. My change from a guy who barely lifts weights to a guy doing it 5 times a week has got a lot to do with FITTR and mostly with Kritarth. The conversations keep it fun and engaging . I highly recommend him to anyone who is looking for a trainer.
