Kirti is an amazing coach and I would definitely recommend her to anyone. She is extremely patient, thorough, and understands individual needs really well. She has been really thoughtful about the training and ensured I am progressing at a pace that makes sense for me. I truly believe she's really really good and if you're looking for a coach who understands you, she's the one!

One of the best coaches on this platform , she is very technical in her approach she pays very close attention to the form and technique over the volume lifted , working out seems fun when she is mentoring , special mention about her genuine interest in nutrition and doubt solving when required !!

I can’t recommend my FITTR trainer Kirti enough. The level of patience and personalization is honestly rare to find. She doesn’t just throw a one-size-fits-all plan at you—instead, she really understands your current ability and gradually increases reps and intensity based on your actual potential. What stands out the most is how she strikes the perfect balance: pushing you just enough to grow, but never at the cost of your health. She has been incredibly mindful and supportive around injuries, always adjusting workouts so you stay consistent without risking setbacks. Beyond workouts, her guidance on nutrition has been a game changer. From understanding the right foods to focusing on proper nutrients, everything is explained in a way that’s practical and sustainable. And on top of all that—she is just genuinely motivating. The kind of coach who keeps you going even on days when you feel like giving up. Grateful to have a trainer who truly cares about progress *and* well-being.
