Coach Kainaj is an awesome coach who helped me to become a healthier and fitter than ever. Her diet plan and training plan is easy to follow. She is very understanding and supportive coach . I really appreciate her support throughout my journey. I am with her from last 6 months and lost 10 kgs and lots of inches. She always a message away .
