Your knowledge about dietary requirements is amazing, and I really appreciated how you helped me stay close to my desi food preferences while still making it possible to remain in a calorie deficit. When I followed your plan properly, I reduced 4 kg, which really showed me that your methods work. I also want to honestly admit that there were times when I did not fully do justice to the diet plan. I enrolled under Jasmine mam 3 months ago. I was training before but not losing weight. Mam is an amazing coach who understands what I wanted within a timeframe of 3 months. Mam listened to my problems and was always there for me whenever I had any questions about my diet.
