Indrani is really motivating and a great support for especially listening to questions patiently and answering them. With someone like me finding it difficult to stick to routine, her constant reminders and support has been super helpful. She tailors advice based on need - sometimes even gives ideas on interesting meals to stick to routine. Indrani helped me stay consistent and guided me to lose over 7 kilos while answering questions about fat loss backed by science and using achievable metrics to track the journey.
Indrani has personalised approach, knowledge and ability to make sustainable, enjoyable and realistic lifestyle changes rather than restrictive dieting. I am extremely grateful to my coach for her constant support and guidance throughout my fitness journey. With her help, I was able to lose 3.5 kgs.I had a patella fracture and becuase of which it was difficult for me to lose weight,after my fracture i was at 59.5kgs.The weight gain affected my way of thinking towards my body.She helped to reach my target of 55.5 kgs and, more importantly, regain my confidence and belief in myself. I also lost almost 7 inches of my hip area and 6 inches of my wasit.She is incredibly sweet, cooperative, and very understanding of individual needs and limitations.
