I have always found loosing weight was tough and not able to achieve the desired results with paleo/ vegan/ vegetarian diets and yoga. Due to my busy working schedule with very little sleep I have put on weight and developed hypothyroidism. Working with Harshal has been a blessing for me. He has motivated me and made diet and work out plans to suit my lifestyle. He has motivated me while I had a health problem. I nearly quit my transformation plan. Because of him I came out of the situation and stick to the diet and exercise plans. Due to his constant motivation, now I have managed to achieve work life balance. I have lost 10 kilograms in 6 months and continuing second term with him to achieve my goals. I highly recommend Harshal Milani to anyone wishing to get a great health and fitness coach !

Harshal has been a great coach and kept me motivated throughout my fitness journey. His approach to fitness is holistic and sustainable, offering lasting solution over short term gratification. Owing to some work committments I have to put a pause on my journey with Fittr but whenever I resume I would prefer working with Harshal.

Harsh has been wonderful and awesome coach to me. He worked hard curating the diet plans based on my body requirements. He pushed me throughout my journey so far to be disciplined and focused whether in doing exercise or following my diet. Weekly updates helped me to stay on track.
