Coach Girish has been amazing—patient, supportive, and super clear with his guidance. He focused on long-term lifestyle changes, not quick fixes, which really worked for me. Even when I went off track, he was understanding and gently nudged me back without any judgment. He respected my dietary preferences and never pushed supplements. While the weight change isn’t huge on paper, I feel fitter, lighter, and more active. The healthy habits I’ve built with his help are exactly what I was aiming for. Highly recommend!

Midway transformation review: I was always (almost) an active gym goer and fitness enthusiast without any issues and with normal physique. But I didn't have the knowledge about food, protein intake and calories, and due to this I couldn't achieve the physique I desired for. Girish sir has helped me in understanding the food, protein requirement and over all food-calorie relationship. Stressed on step count and workout. This is helping me to achieve the results I always wanted. I didn't need to buy fancy food and he suggested regular kitchen stuff as part of the regular diet. By following his guidance and normal society gym, I am able to lose 4 KGs in around 45 days (81.5 to 77.5 KGs) . The work is still in progress! and I hope to achieve better results in coming days "Sustainability" is what he stresses on and I believe it's working for me!
