I wanted to thank you for coaching my teen daughter, Ritu. We enrolled her because she was quite skinny, and our main goal was to help her gain weight in a healthy and sustainable way while building better lifestyle habits. Overall, it has been a really good experience. You’ve been kind, consistent, and extremely supportive throughout the journey. Your follow-ups were excellent — especially considering how busy you are, you still made sure to check in regularly, guide her, and keep her motivated. That meant a lot to us. We are really happy to see that Ritu has gained around 4–5 kgs in a healthy way over the last 3 months. More importantly, she has become regular with her workouts and is now much more mindful about her lifestyle. That consistency and habit-building feel like the biggest win for us. Honestly, starting this journey felt very difficult for me because staying consistent while managing everything was not easy at all. There were many days I felt low, unmotivated, and confused about whether I was even doing things right. But Shalini ma’am made the process feel realistic and manageable. Even a simple conversation with her would motivate me again. The way she explains things so calmly and positively genuinely helped me stay on track. In 7 weeks, I’m 5 kgs down — not because everything was perfect, but because she helped me continue even on imperfect days. I recently joined Dr Shalini, and even in this short time, the experience has been excellent. What really stands out is the way she explains everything in such a simple and practical manner.
