I had injured my knee while exercising and I was at a total loss on what to do. Medicines weren't helping, exercises were only helping a little. Dr. Priyanka assessed my condition and we started working on my knee. She made sure I was consistent and told me exercises that were suitable for me. Her exercises never left me in pain and my condition has improved drastically in just a period of three weeks. At one point, I was thinking that this is going to be a lifelong condition but that won't happen thankfully. She's very approachable, flexible and very patient. I joined Dr. Priyanka after months of being miserable with neck and shoulder muscles pain, missing work and not being able to enjoy playing with kids. She responded immediately to my chat, arranged for assessment call, patiently listened to all the issues and gave honest feedback. Over the period of three months she made sure to address not only the concerned muscles but also worked on my core strength that was completely ignored (had constant lower back pain) after my second delivery. Additionally, I can now also do some squats which was impossible to do before without having knee pain. She has always been very quick to respond to my queries, maintains good communication, flexible and very reliable. I keep asking questions about exercises to which she educates me patiently. Each session was tailored expertly to meet my needs and ensure progress. It feels wonderful to not wake up with neck stiffness and pain. I highly recommend her for her knowledge, dedication, professionalism and ability to respect other’s time.

My husband and I have been undergoing couples rehab therapy, and our experience has been excellent. Priyanka is highly knowledgeable and takes the time to thoroughly understand our individual needs. She conducted a detailed assessment during our first intake session and checks in at the start of each session to address any ongoing issues and progress. We really appreciate how the exercise routines are personalized and adjusted based on our feedback, making the therapy more effective but keeping it challenging. Priyanka is committed to our recovery and overall well-being. We've seen significant progress on our path to recovery and would highly recommend her services.

I have completed two months of training with Dr. Priyanka for my knee and shoulder issues, and I am very happy and satisfied with the progress. She has organized the training well, gradually improving the strength in my knee and shoulder. After years of knee pain, I am now able to do different squats. I highly recommend Dr. Priyanka—she is dedicated, disciplined, and punctual.
