I recently completed a 3-month transformation program with Dilip through FITTR, and I couldn’t be more pleased with the experience. Several of my friends had already seen significant weight loss through FITTR, which encouraged me to try it for myself. What I found most valuable was learning that dieting doesn't mean completely overhauling your eating habits or cutting out treats like ice cream, chocolate, or sugars entirely. Instead, it’s about understanding portion control and calorie intake. I was genuinely surprised at how small portions could leave me feeling satisfied. I was initially concerned about going back to the gym, especially with weightlifting, because I had dislocated my shoulder a few years ago, and the pain had returned during my first week. However, Dilip provided perfect guidance, recommending stretches that relieved the pain within a week—something I thought might linger forever. I love dark chocolate, and instead of cutting it out, he worked it into my plan, which made the process so much more sustainable.
