Deepak was extremely professional and patient. He has corrected all of my lifting form/posture and made sure to emphasize correct form in every exercise. This has kept me from getting injured and improved my ability to stay consistent. He is supportive and has kept me motivated to lead a healthier lifestyle

Deepak is an amazing coach and a person. He treats you like his friend but at the same time makes sure you are disciplined and focused. He believes in consistency and makes sure you master the key movements before advancing. He knows how to push your limits without breaking you. He has been very very considerate and mindful of all my injuries and has planned my regime accordingly. Thanks Deepak for all your guidance. I look forward to learning and getting better with you!

Enrolling under Deepak was the best decision being a GBS survivor I was struggling with basic movements of excercise. Under his guidance not I am just improving my basic movements but I am getting stronger in my lifts and excercise. Deepak is kind of person who knows how to work around your issues and still push you to improve and get stronger 💪. Deepak thank you for making me stronger and better at same time ☺️☺️

Hands down the best coach i've been trained with. Extremely patient and very flexible. Very observant regarding postures, even corrects the tiny mistakes. Really appreciate the way he checks on me when im down or on my rest days as well. I've come along way in these 2 months of training with him. Can notice significant changes in myself. Thanks Deepak for going beyond your profession on our well being.
