Coach Deybb has been an incredible coach for me. I started with FITTR with a very skeptical mindset. I wasn’t sure I could do it. However with the patience and guidance from coach, I have fallen in love with the quantified nutrition concept. With weekly calls, mid week follow up, end of the week follow ups - coach Deybb has been wonderful in ensuring that I don’t go above my allocated calories. His voice is so comforting and encouraging. He always considers my point of view and explains if any corrections. He also took into account my very busy lifestyle and suggested diet plans which weren’t too difficult to maintain. 🙏🏻 Under his guidance, I was able to drop 3 kgs. It was the last 3 kgs I had to work on. It was most difficult. But the diet that coach recommended for me has been sustainable and effective… I will definitely rejoin FITTR in the future…
