We started training with Deb early this year and it's been absolutely fantastic. Would like to extend my sincere gratitude towards him for his efforts n constant motivation. I was able to shed 2 kgs( wasn't overweight but got leaner for sure) n gain more muscle mass. His guidance on nutrition, steps, workouts n continuous check-ins helped us stay motivated n on track.
