I had enrolled for the Kiku Challenge under Binaya. I never thought losing 12kgs was possible in 12 weeks. Binaya guided me step by step across every hurdle , every injury , every time I got demotivated , she was there like a pillar of strength, like a Rock of Gibraltar backing me and pushing me and motivating me to not give up mid-way. At the end of 12 weeks , I had lost 12.5kgs and 14-15 inches which is super terrific. I could not have done it without Binaya's guidance and am truly indebted to her for what she has done for me by totally transforming my thought process...I went from 136.1 to 123.6 - and now she has told me to aim for double digits !! Binaya is the best thing that happened to me for my transformation journey !! Can't thank her enough for her efforts and genuine concern for my health and fitness !! I’ve worked with Binaya for the past 6 months and it’s been a genuinely transformative experience. I rejoined my fitness journey with Binaya last October with wrist injuries, poor dietary habits and almost 0 workouts done in last 2 years. My major wins in the last 3 months include - 1. strength gained back in my wrist 2. slowly back to workout routines atleast 3-4 times a week 3. got back to portion control and also in the habit of eating nutrient dense food within calorie limit. 4. lost few inches around overall body. 5. improved body energy 6. last 3-4 years my blood reports would tag me to “pre-diabetic” and “fatty liver” which this time reversed to “non-diabetic” and “normal liver. In last 4 months,I may have not dropped a lot of weight but regaining the strength in my wrist, getting back to routine and mindful eating has been my big wins for 2025. I am extremely grateful for her presence in my life.
