I’ve been training under Avril for more than 5 months now, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. When we started, I was 67 kg and lean, but I didn’t realize that I still needed to reduce fat and later focus on gaining muscle mass. I’ve lost around 7 kg and am now in the bulking phase, gaining muscle mass — all of which was clearly explained during our very first check-in. Once I understood what we needed to do over the next few months, he designed a personalized diet and workout plan that truly fit my goals and lifestyle. Throughout the journey, he has consistently motivated me, educated me, and pushed me whenever I needed that extra nudge. What stands out most is his deep knowledge and genuine passion for fitness. He doesn’t just tell you what to do — he explains the “why” behind it, which helped me build lasting habits and a real interest in fitness. Thanks to his guidance, I feel more confident, stronger, and far more aware of how to take care of my body. I am very happy to have Avril as my coach. I am almost 5 months into my fitness journey and he has been my constant motivator, educator and critic at every step.
