I can’t recommend Anyatama enough! She is very understanding, supportive, and flexible. I never felt like I was on a diet because she always gave me plenty of food options, so I never had cravings or felt restricted. Our weekly catch-ups were always fun and something I genuinely looked forward to. One of the biggest things I learned from her is consistency — even on busy days, she would say “do something instead of nothing,” even if it’s just 30 squats and 30 lunges. If you’re looking for a coach to support your fitness journey, Anyatama is the perfect person. I found not just a coach, but a friend for life.
Working with Anyatama has been one of the best decisions for my health. I’ve already lost 9 kgs, and this is just the beginning. She’s not just a coach,she’s a mentor, a friend, and a constant emotional support. What truly stands out is how prompt and supportive she is, always there when you need her.
Anyattama is an amazing coach — so friendly, encouraging, and easy to work with. Following her diet for just two months led to incredible improvements in my health. My HbA1c dropped from 5.9 to 5.7, and my cholesterol levels decreased significantly. My main goal in joining the program was to get healthier, not just lose weight, and she kept me motivated every time we spoke. Her small tips and tricks made it easier to stay on track. Now, I’ve started working out and following the diet as part of my lifestyle rather than just a temporary plan. I hope to continue this journey even without a coach, and I give all the credit to her guidance. I highly recommend her to anyone who needs that extra push to start their fitness journey.
It’s been close to 2 months, I’ve enrolled with coach Anyatama. I wanted a coach who would understand my challenges and help me to cross them. I firmly believe that, I’ve done a great job in choosing the right coach. She shows great empathy while listening to challenges and it feels, she is standing right next to me while she gives me guidance on call. She also shares her challenges as well, which makes me feel, I’m not alone in this journey and helps me believe in myself inspite of many road blocks. I look forward to my weekly check-ins.
