Enrolling with Akanksha was one of the best decisions. Akanksha is such a great and supportive coach.she keeps a tab on you every week to make sure that you’re on the right track. She is a great source of motivation, gives proper advice and most importantly she listens to you patiently. With her guidance I lost almost 12.5 kg and hopefully will definitely shed more. Akanksha is an amazing and inspiring coach. I started at 71 kg and I achieved 64 kg in 12 weeks. She motivated me all the time and taught me the importance of proper food and how to maintain a healthy lifestyle. I highly recommend Akanksha for anyone looking to make a positive impact in their fitness journey. Tysm dear!!

After gaining a lot of weight due to medication I had been on, I began my fitness journey in the last week of Dec 23. My trainer was Akanksha Sharma. After a short introduction call, she created a diet and exercise plan for me. The experience has been amazing. There were a number of swings in the weight, sometimes going up and sometimes getting stuck on a plateau for a few weeks at a time without any reduction. Weekly calls with my trainer were super helpful to keep me on track during this time. She was very accommodating with the diet chart, but also very strict about sticking to the diet and workout plans. I was given a number of food options to choose from and a replacement chart for several foods. I put in an hour of exercise for at least 5 days a week and 10000 steps almost everyday. In a span of 14 weeks my weight dropped from 93.1 kilos to 85.2 kilos. What I am most happy about are: my glucose levels coming back to normal and sleep apnea getting cured. Akanksha is a supportive and inspiring coach. She is my second coach from Fittr, and I am confident that I won't switch to another coach in the future. I started at 84 kgs, and in just 12 weeks, I reached 75 kgs. Beyond the weight loss, I've gained confidence and a valuable understanding of nutrition, thanks to her guidance. I highly recommend Akanksha for anyone looking to make a positive change in their fitness journey.
