4. Nutrition Counseling: Offer personalized nutrition advice, including meal planning, macronutrient balancing
5. Progress Monitoring: Regularly track clients' progress, providing feedback and adjusting plans as needed.
6. Accountability and Support: Provide ongoing support, motivation, and accountability to help clients stay on track and overcome obstacles.
7. Successfully guiding many clients including those with health conditions like thyroid issues obesity they high cholesterol, PCOD/PCOS and hypertension to transform and maintain their health through sustainable lifestyle changes. 

On my academic front I am a Post Graduate in Accounts and Taxation and Post Graduate in Education.
